How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • First-time purchases of any license type
  • Upgrades (difference refunded if within 30 days of upgrade)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase
  • License renewals (you can cancel before renewal instead)
  • Purchases where a refund has already been issued for the same product
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. Verification (1-2 business days): We verify your purchase and eligibility
  2. Processing (3-5 business days): The refund is processed through Stripe
  3. Credit (5-10 business days): Funds appear in your account (timing depends on your bank)

After a Refund

Upon refund approval:

Subscription Cancellations

For annual subscriptions with auto-renewal:

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access until your current period expires
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for refunds rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks:

  • Take longer to process
  • May result in immediate license termination
  • Could affect your ability to purchase from us in the future

Exceptions
